Dieses Jahr wird Ostern ein ganz anderes sein als die Jahre zuvor. Kein Urlaub, keine Familienbesuche, keine Osterausflüge. Was aber auf keinen Fall fehlen darf, ist ein leckeres Ostergebäck! Die Jungs lieben Quarkbällchen so sehr – und daher haben wir uns in diesem Jahr eine österliche Variante ausgedacht. Das schöne daran ist, dass sich mal wieder ein Gemüse in die Rezeptur einschleicht, das unter „normalen“ Umständen – zumindest vom Mini – meist gemieden wird – die leckere Möhre! Der Teig ist super schnell zusammengerührt und in einem Bällcheneisen absolut gelingsicher! Viel Spaß beim Backen und vor allem „Frohe Ostern“!
Zutaten
50 g Bananenmehl
200 g Reismehl
2 Eier
1 Pck Vanillezucker
4 Eßl Zucker
1 Pck Weinsteinbackpulver
½ Pck Trockenhefe
¼ Tl Xanthan
40 g Butter
125 ml lauwarme Milch
75 g Quark
1 Möhre
3 Eßl gehackte Haselnüsse
Anleitung
Die trockenen Zutaten nacheinander
in die Küchenmaschine geben und vermischen
Die Möhre sehr klein raspeln und
zu den trockenen Zutaten geben
Nacheinander und unter ständigem
Rühren die weiteren Zutaten zu der Masse geben und das Ganze zu
einem homogenen Teig verarbeiten
Den Teig in kleinen Portionen in
ein Bällcheneisen geben und ausbacken
